• Bricks & Gables understands that neighborhood revitalization is a key area of focus for the city of Sullivan and their quality of life. Bricks & Gables has acquired nine lots between Holloway and East Wall Streets in Sullivan, IN.

  • This Clay County project will produce 13 homes with 2 to 3 bedrooms and an attached garage in The Reserve Subdivision. This subdivision is identified as a “patio home community,” and features monthly maintenance fees to cover lawn care and snow removal. It caters to those who are downsizing or the younger generation who don’t want the hassles that come with exterior maintenance. This project will develop age-friendly homes selling at approximately $260,000. These homes are currently being built and are for sale.

  • The River Valley Apartments project will bring 40 modern, age-friendly apartments to the City of Terre Haute. This project is geared toward families with limited income and is located on 4th street near the Union Hospital campus. This project has broken ground and is currently being constructed.

  • The Windbreaker Flats project is a new apartment development in Brazil, the largest city in Clay County. This project will develop 48 age-friendly duplex style apartments which range from one to two bedrooms. The duplexes are currently being build and will be available to rent by year end 2024.

  • This project developed 15 new modern, single-family, age-friendly homes retailing for around $140,000 to $150,000 each. The homes were built on city infill lots. These homes have all been sold.
