[West Central, Indiana] – Thrive West Central has available funds for individuals who are disabled or aged 60 and older who need assistance in their home. Funding is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis for individuals who reside in the service area of Clay, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion and Vigo counties and meet the eligibility requirements.

Available resources may include wheelchair ramps for access, adaptive equipment such as handrails and lift chairs, home modifications for accessibility like walk-in showers and doorway widening, pest control services, home delivered meals and other in-home services. The goal of this funding is to aid with both the short-term and long-term needs of individuals who want to reside comfortably in their own home.
