Thrive is proud to offer the SPARK Revolving Loan fund to our region, allowing local entrepreneurs to start or grow their small businesses! Chrissy Baker, owner of Revive Aesthetics and Wellness Center
After a long career background in nursing, hospice, and trauma care, Chrissy Baker found herself looking for a “happier medicine.” Although she describes her work in hospice and palliative care as rewarding, Baker wanted to find a new way to use her skills to help people. Her search brought her to aesthetic care.
“I have a passion for total body wellness and making a difference in the patient’s lives . . . In this area I can help my patients become healthier, happier, and more confident,” Baker explained.
Thus, the vision for Revive Aesthetics and Wellness Center was born. However, you can’t start a business with just a vision, and Baker understood that she needed financial help to achieve her dream. After researching her loan options, Baker turned to Thrive’s SPARK Loan for support.
Baker described applying for SPARK as a “very smooth process,” made easier by Thrive’s devoted team. “They helped explain all of the steps and kept me informed throughout. They were very responsive to any of my questions/concerns,” she added. Baker contributes her business’s wide range of services to the SPARK Loan.
Revive Aesthetics and Wellness Center opened in March of 2023, and offers a large array of services, including medical weight loss, hormone replacement, cosmetic injections, lip fillers, and more!
