Thrive West Central is proud to announce the launch of the Hoosier Homes program across its seven-county region, providing home buyers with enhanced access to homeownership through down payment assistance and affordable mortgage options.

This initiative is made possible through a strategic partnership with Club 720, a digital platform designed to streamline the homebuying process and provide home buyers with instant program eligibility results.
“At Thrive, we believe housing affordability is the foundation for thriving communities,” said Ryan Keller, CEO of Thrive West Central. “Launching the Hoosier Homes program across our seven-county region brings us one step closer to ensuring that families, workers, and future homeowners have the opportunity to build roots here. This partnership with Club 720 allows us to connect people to real solutions, and we’re excited for the impact it will have.”
Program Highlights:
- Down Payment Assistance (DPA): Eligible homebuyers in Vigo County can receive 5% in DPA, while those in Clay, Montgomery, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, and Vermillion Counties can receive up to 5%.
- Forgivable Loan: The assistance is structured as a forgivable second loan with a seven-year term.
- Inclusive Eligibility: No first-time homebuyer requirement; open to a wide range of individuals and families with higher county-specific income limits.
“Club 720 was created as an all-in-one platform to empower not just homebuyers, but also the lenders, realtors, employers, and community leaders who support them,” said Heather Presley-Cowen, CEO of Club 720. “By partnering with Thrive, we’re equipping the entire region with a tool that simplifies the path to homeownership and helps more families access the resources they need. This isn’t just about down payment assistance — it’s about building stronger communities through collaboration and opportunity.”
