Backed by a $1.175 million Greater Lafayette READI grant, the program provides incentives for developers and homebuilders to create market-rate housing on infill lots and through second-story housing projects. Eligible projects may receive funding to help offset infrastructure costs.

During this virtual session, you’ll learn about:

  • Available funding opportunities
  • Program eligibility requirements
  • The application and RFP process
  • Housing market needs in Montgomery County
  • Resources available to developers and builders

Whether you’re a developer, builder, property owner, or community stakeholder, this session will provide an overview of how the Homes for the Future program can help address local housing needs and support future growth in Montgomery County.
