This subdivision is identified as a “patio home community,” and features monthly maintenance fees to cover lawn care and snow removal. It caters to those who are downsizing or the younger generation who don’t want the hassles that come with exterior maintenance. This project will develop age-friendly homes selling at approximately $ 260,000. These homes are currently being built and are for sale.

    The River Valley Apartments project will bring 40 modern, age-friendly apartments to the City of Terre Haute. This project is geared toward families with limited income and is located on 4th street near the Union Hospital campus. This project is complete and units are available for lease.

    The Windbreaker Flats project is a new apartment development in Brazil, the largest city in Clay County. This project will develop 48 age-friendly duplex style apartments which range from one to two bedrooms. The duplexes are currently being build and will be available to rent by year end 2024.
