Thrive West Central and the Sisters of Providence will provide dementia awareness training in a series of sessions starting in September. For those who wish to attend, respite care is available.

These homes are located in the 1100-1200 block of South 16th St. All eight homes have been sold. These stick-built homes have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 car attached garage, or 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a 1 car attached garage. Each home includes an 8x5 covered front porch and are electric with energy efficient appliances.

Most of these properties are nestled in Terre Haute’s oldest surviving neighborhood in the beautiful historic Farrington's Grove district. Most properties are recently renovated while still preserving charming features that make each apartment special. The apartments offer a unique, modern living experience with quick access to Downtown Terre Haute, Indiana State University, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and St. Mary of Woods College. They are a locally owned and operated company that places tenants’ needs first.

Veteran’s Village will consist of 6 small transitional homes for homeless veterans in the area of N. 23rd/Maple Ave. Each home will be 360 sq. ft. with a bedroom, bathroom, living/dining area and will be ADA compliant. Each home will come completely furnished. There will be a small cost to each tenant for utilities.
