The Southard Acres West project is set to build 17 single-family, detached homes. This will be a new subdivision located at Haythorne and 14th 1/2 Street. This will be a modern, age-friendly development with homes retailing around $ 225,000. This project has been started and homes are for sale.

The Windbreaker Flats project is a new apartment development in Brazil, the largest city in Clay County. This project will develop 48 age-friendly duplex style apartments which range from one to two bedrooms. The duplexes are currently being build and will be available to rent by year end 2024.
