Vigo County And The City Of Terre Haute Housing Revolving Loan Fund

This program is a long-term revolving loan fund to help builders and developers overcome some of the challenges of building in today’s world.

This is a series of builder programs focused on Vigo County and the communities within it, including the region’s anchor City, Terre Haute.

    This new townhome community will be comprised of 102 units when completed. Each unit is approximately 1,991 square feet and will feature a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath with a 2-car garage. This development will have sidewalks, paved roads, dog park areas, and several green common spaces. This will be a fully maintenance-free community.
