This is a regional builder incentive program now open for applications.

Vigo County And The City Of Terre Haute Housing Revolving Loan Fund

This program is a long-term revolving loan fund to help builders and developers overcome some of the challenges of building in today’s world.

Homes For The Future: Vigo County & The City of Terre Haute

This is a series of builder programs focused on Vigo County and the communities within it, including the region’s anchor City, Terre Haute.

Homes For The Future: Lilly Endowment Blight And Rehabilitation

This program focused on Rehabilitating and resolving Blight within our communities within it.

Infill Project: Liberty Avenue Neighborhood

Seeking proposals for the construction of 28 infill homes in the Liberty Avenue Neighborhood. Properties supplied by the Department of Redevelopment

Infill Project: Urban Landscape Initiative

This is a program to stimulate high-quality infill housing on parcels transferred from Indiana State University to the City of Terre Haute.
