    This new townhome community will be comprised of 102 units when completed. Each unit is approximately 1,991 square feet and will feature a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath with a 2-car garage. This development will have sidewalks, paved roads, dog park areas, and several green common spaces. This will be a fully maintenance-free community. Jon Mutchner Homes will construct all the townhomes, and Mutchner Development will own and develop the property, which will be called The Bear Creek Townhomes.
