Bricks & Gables is building six homes in the established east subdivision of Terre Vista and four homes in Eastland Estates. These single-story homes will feature 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an attached garage. The homes will range from 1400-2079 sq. ft. with wheelchair accessible doorways and ADA bathtubs. This new townhome community will be comprised of 102 units when completed. Each unit is approximately 1,991 square feet and will feature a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath with a 2-car garage. This development will have sidewalks, paved roads, dog park areas, and several green common spaces. This will be a fully maintenance-free community. Jon Mutchner Homes will construct all the townhomes, and Mutchner Development will own and develop the property, which will be called The Bear Creek Townhomes.
